M1380 CYLINDRICAL GRINDER

M1380-type cylindrical grinder is mainly used to grind external cylindrical surface and conic surface of parts with small coning. The accuracy of ground parts can reach IT5, IT6 and the end surface with a lower size accuracy of the stepped component. The range of the working diameter is φ50~800mm. The machine is suitable for using in machinery manufacturing industry, printing machinery, heavy machinery , etc.The movement of worktable and the swiveling of workpiece are controlled by AC variable frequency motor together with frequency converter. The worktable is driven with mechanical device and is controlled by manual mode as well as automatic mode. Fast advance or reverse of grinding wheel is driven by hydraulic system. The machine adopts a dynamic hydrostatic pressure spindle. Grinding wheel is dressed through manual or automatic mode. Cross feed is carried out by hydraulic device as well as hand operation device.
