ZCK50 CNC BEARING LATHE

ZCK50 efficient CNC (bearing) lathe is designed specially for automation machining of external/internal bearing rings from blank process to process before grinding. The machine has the following features: 60° slant bed, very rigid. Side mounting chip conveyor conveys chips fluently. High torque and double spindle structure ensures high  productivity at large feed. Precision cartridge type main spindle  rotates without vibration. Rectangular guide ways are used for X-axis, Z1/Z2 axes. 3-5  station comb type tool rest offers fast tool change. Frequency inverting spindle and centralized operator's panel; Auto parts loading and catching makes it possible for one person  to operate several machines. Production  cost is reduced.
