CK7660L CNC LATHE

This lathe, with complete functions is designed especially for hub cutting, i. e. precision OD and ID turning of 12"~18"hubs in car industry. The whole lathe is in column structure and uses high grade cast iron as major pieces. Since finite element force analysis is applied on main parts the lathe is rigid and remains table during speed cutting. Two guide ways are quality reinforced linear ways. A balance cylinder is fitted to X-axis column to distribute the weight of carriage, hence improves the machining accuracy and speed feeding capacity, and reduces the set-up time. Large-flow and chip-flushing cooling system can carry built up heat away immediately all the time and covey chips fluently. Environment protection is considered into design. The lathe is specially suitable for speed and precision turning of hubs in car and motorcycle industry.
